By downloading or using the River Ranker mobile application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service Description
River Ranker provides real-time river flow data and fishing intelligence using publicly available sources (USGS, CDEC).
Safety Disclaimer
River conditions can be dangerous.
- Data is provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate.
- Conditions change rapidly.
- Users are responsible for their own safety.
- River Ranker is NOT liable for any injuries or accidents.
Subscription Terms
- Premium: $9.99 One-Time Purchase (Lifetime).
- Billing: Charged to Apple ID upon confirmation.
- No Refunds: Managed by Apple App Store policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
River Ranker is not liable for injuries, data errors, lost equipment, or unsuccessful fishing trips. The app is provided "as is" without warranties.
